there are 2 different things:
1. personal opinion - you may prefer D3, it´s your choice
2. quality of the game in meaning of general RPG criteria. PoE is much better RPG that D3 and better game in general.
I´ve played a D3 beta and I have two reasons above to prefer PoE. Third reason is IMHO unacceptable 60 bucks for D3.
