Based on the lack of progress shown in the Q3 update for D4, it seems further away than I had hoped. Maybe it doesn't even make 2021. ;{

Anyhow, graphical advantage? I agree. Blizzard have a few people with better and longer CVs than GGG have. But atmospheric? Maybe in Diablo 2. I never "felt" it in Diablo 3. Might be the game, might be my age. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure the graphics in Diablo 3 are great, but the art style? My god, no.

Does anyone know if it's possible to beat Kitava with a marauder character?

Dude they legit said its not even blizzard soon. It will be 2024 at best before it comes out. I think 2025 is the most likely option.

This can't be argued? Interesting. Actually it was the graphics style and atmosphere that made me never try Diablo3. I just went to check what the Mathael boss fight looks like - there is one point just before entering the fight with that planet-like thing in the background that looks really cool, but other than that I have to say I find everything super generic.

PoE has a nice, dark, gritty style that I like a lot. It has its lows though, for example the Nazi references in A5/A10 and the fact that skills, especially in party play, make for an insane amount of screen clutter.

Diablo4 looks better w.r.t. the graphics style though, and the very bloody trailer brought back a lot of the Diablo2 feel.

Also, not sure what you refer to as the "main fight"? Sirus? Uber Elder?

Every game with build choices will have better and worse builds. Every multiplayer game has a META - World of Warcraft, Hearthstone, League of Legends. Even single player games. The last single player game I played was Trails of Cold Steel and there are 'normal builds' and builds that can literaly one shot bosses. POE is no different. Yet some streamers play SSF HC every League, and it doesn't take them months of grinding to complete the content.

The rest of your post are just predictions about a game that is only yet to come. No one knows how it will turn out. It might be brilliant, or it might be utter crap. I personally don't have much hope in Blizzard after their 'don't you have a phone' and Warcraft 3: reforged fiascos. They have to redeem themselves to earn my trust again.
