im really interested in playing this build. will it be somewhat strong and tanky right off the bat or do i really need to invest for it to be gud?

" If you want to crush T16 maps and delete A8 as soon as you finish Act 10 you need strong gear yes. But I played only this build in Heist and if you progress like on a regular league start it scales very smooth imo. |
