Here is a very abstract example, but I hope it gets the point across.
If player A finds uber item X then he can either use it to advance faster in the ladder or sell it to player B, who then will use it to advance faster in the ladder.
How does it affect you who of them is using the item? How could you even tell the difference?

Don't be so quick to assume what I can and can not comprehend. I'm pretty smart, give it a go. No one has yet said anything solid on this, the best attempt has been "not everyone has access", which is not a legitimate answer, because it could be applied to every one of those other possibilities.

Unlike you guys, luckily, the devs do comprehend the issue and RMAH will never be a part of PoE. And that's all that really matters.

I suspect you are making this up, since I have seen the devs quickly knock down several ideas, which they find particularly egregious.

They may not have plans, but if the was a fact that it "will never be a part of PoE", I'd imagine something would have been said 8 pages ago (or so.)

I can't believe this reached 9 pages. No intention of reading all nine, and for a forum junkie like me, that's a miracle.

Been taking a bit of an internet break... Imagine my surprise coming back to this!

For a brief moment I thought it was some new, official direction, and I was getting all ready to start picketing with my kiwi.

Luckily, that does not seem to be the case, and thank goodness. Regardless of whether it's a good idea or no, GGG have decided to go in quite the opposite direction with their game. And I support them ($-wise, and as a voice in this community).

I suppose that's all you'll hear from me on this one...
