Harvest will take some beating.

If there's one thing Harvest has done worst, it opened a Pandora's Box.

It has shown how it's like to have a deterministic crafting or how to acquire the item exactly what you want more easily, & it just goes away. So now people who experienced & loved it will not get over it so easily.

It's like your Mom asked you that she will cook any meal you want for a day, just say it & she will cook it for you. So you told her all the food you want & she cooked it, & you ate it all day. Then the following day, she's back at her regular random meals with spinach. So every time you got a meal that you don't like, you'll always remember that day.

Same with those players, every time they will get stuck by bad RNG, they'll always wish they have that "deterministic crafting".

Deterministic Crafting saves Time and Effort.
(Real) People having less time playing (due to work, family, social life, and quality time) find this league very pleasing as they achieve the level of happiness and have their goal meet easily - these peeps, like me, as much as possible do not want more stresses in life and RNG based game give of extreme emotions (very happy and mostly very sad scenarios)

If you compared Real People with Hardcore Gamers (who spend more than 8hours/day), they will have their end game faster and eventually be bored and will do whine about how the mechanics/league lacks depth and is too easy because they still have time to whine about it. They also have time to post their whines on Youtube/Twitch and influence mobs/fans to their liking.

But that's the thing, in regards to that debate, both sides ("Real" people as you claimed & Hardcore Gamers) can be right based on what sides your bias to. Though I respect your opinion on the matter, but I don't agree with the tone your implying.

You can argue that your side is right the opposite side is wrong, but that's just based on your opinion. If the opposite side has a different opinion it does not make their argument wrong, because both sides are just arguing about opinions on that particular subject.

What if the other side argues, that PoE was created from start for ARPG hardcore players & the game catering the Game towards the casuals make the game differ from their original core & just becoming like D3 that they avoided from the start? And if you like "easy game" go back to D3. Will that make them also the "right" side & will that be fair to you?

And why call your side the "Real" people in the first place? Are you implying that Hardcore gamers are not real people, just players with lots of extra time in their hands? They are real people too, just have a different opinion to you.

And implying Hardcore gamers like to complain a lot because they have lot of time to complain is not fair too. Either it's casual or hardcore player can be a source of complaining. Complaining is human nature, as long as we have freedom, there always have complained because we have different opinions.

This is also one of the bad things that I don't like that came out from Harvest, it divided the community between the "casual" & the "hardcore" players more, which has been played out in Reddit in the past month.

Same here. I got eyes damage for many weeks and barely recovered.

I dare not touch POE again even though they have added the boom option now because it is just a light adjustment, meaning it is a fake option.
