The Best Specters Of all Time are the Burning Miscreation From lunaris 2. they do an ABSURD amout on dps can be equiped with concentrated/inc aoe and Are great MF. They have no lag problems and no targeting issues, Just gotta let the use unrightious fire and sit back and watch the world burn. Another note. Making them Have an assload of life with minion life and chober chabber ammy ext. will increase the dps they do because it scales off hp. O.o

Has this been confirmed? I remember reading that this was fixed.

I use burning miscreants and can solo most maps up to 75 (there are some bosses I can't do). They melt mobs extremely fast with inc burn dmg + minion dmg + increased area + minion life.

I have tried flame sentinels and tentical before switching to BM. They are great but not nearly as powerful.


As far as survivability: I stick minion res and minion life and I also picked up necromantic aegis and run determination, vitality and discipline.

After 1.0.2 they work.

wasn't the IIQ/IIR RF issue only for support gems?
eitherway its fixed now.

Burning misscreations are clearly one of strongest now. They however don't have much health and run into problems vs the other "best spectres" tentacle misscreations and evangelists. Obviously im thinking about correctly argumented champions not white trash...

evangelists are easily the best if you like to do any content and not re-summon often (pain in the ass if you use remote mine/traps/advanced snapshotting) and are ok with slower clears than BM or sentinels can offer
they have innate resists and chaos resists, which likely caps them with purity.

their shield with increased duration gem is always on and turns some tough bosses into a joke even without life leech

and they can help non-summoners, party members and other minions too, proximity shield is a BEAST

I havn't built a summoner since mine died a week before onslaught ended so keep that in mind.

Burned miscreations - highest aoe dps, nothing really comes close if you are building around spectres.

Alchemist? (in sewers) - highest per hit damage, dear lord can these guys dish out damage.

Notably good dps
Carrion queens (super life pool, but fail to be in combat most of the time)
Flame sentinals (very good at staying alive, es and they run away)
Titty bitches ( pew pew pew)
Void beares (pretty much what u expect)

alchemists are trash in high level maps, way too fragile
