Look nice for low level lol. Next thing would be grab a 5-link Death's Opus (Quillrain if you go with Toxic Rain) or grab a Darkscorn for SA.
If you have Vaal Molten shell, perhaps try Granite/Jade flask with increased flask effect and 30% movement speed. Enduring Cry seems to be good for survivability (alone or together with Enduring Composure).
Btw, did you try Barrage poison with Drillneck for boss?
Sorry if I'm being thick but what order do you take the notables? I've currently got Finesse, Primal Spirit & Heart of Oak so where to next on the tree? Is it better to head up for Herbalism/Fatal Toxins/Fangs of the Viper/No Witnesses area or down and left for the Thick skin/Farsight/Iron Reflexes?
Just a simple list of the notables in the correct order to take them would be a great help!

Thanks to your suggestion/comment, I'm trying to spec to 'No Witnesses' early to take advantage of the Elusive buff.
Don't spec to Wind Dancer when you have Iron Relexes. Grab Granite flask when you have the latter. Witchfire and Coralito flasks are our priority early game.
I'm playing right now and will update it as necessary.
Planning on starting Harvest with this build after trying a necro minion build in Delirium and wanting something different this time round. Apologies in advance if I'm missing something completely obvious here (only started POEing from Delirium) but is there a way to tell in which order to allocate passive points while levelling?
I've got your lvl70 tree in POB but can't find a way to show in which order you take nodes (i.e. after you hit Finesse do you go up to take Primal Spirit/Heart Of Oak or head down for Druidic Rite? What is the priority for taking notables while levelling?
The Necro build I was following had this info in poeplanner links, any info would be appreciated!
I used to head down to take Toxic Strikes, Thickskin and Farsight. But the new 'No Witnesses' is so tempting so I am going to Herbalism/Fatal Toxins before heading to No Witnesses.

There's the latest end-game PoBs (all versions) that accommodate No Witness. That should allow you smooth transition from level 90 PoB to end-game PoB.
