Desync (in lockstep) with Flicker Strike and Cyclone

Bug description:
The game client can sometimes 'glitch out' and not update the player's location when using Cyclone or Flicker Strike (possibly other skills).

When the bug occurs the character appears to stay in-place in the client but is in-fact moving (via the movement skill), taking and dealing damage, and summoning totems and minions in a different location (often off-screen). Triggering a 'walk' movement causes the client to update and show the players correct location.

The trigger for this bug with cyclone appears to be (temporarily) running out of mana while using Cyclone. Might possibly be caused by high attack speeds (0.11 to 0.09 in the vids).

This bug can be difficult to trigger on purpose but it definitely occurs on its own during normal game play.

I did some lite testing but was unable to reproduce with Whirling Blades, Consecrated Path, Leap Slam, Chain Hook, or Shield Charge (though did confirm that Leap Slam does not cause an update--the endurance charges in the Cyclone vids are from Leap Slam + Endurance Charge on Stun).
