Alternate flicker strike bugged

Hello (sorry if my english not that great)

I wanted to report what i think its a bug with alternate quality flicker strike gem with bonus teleport range. my char dont move i see mobs dying then my char tp later like a desync i had this problem with regular flicker strike before few leagues ago but now it works well so i swapped to regular flicker in this league but it makes me a bit sad that the alternate that i was hyped for since its my favorite skill is buggy.
