Alternate Flicker Quality Desync server

Hi, i open this thread to acknowledge you that the Divergent version of Flicker Strike cause a lot of desync with the server while the classic version of the gem cause none.

I've only try with a 20% quality gem (20% increased teleport range) vs 0% quality "normal" flicker strike.
