Divergent flicker strike

I came across a bug for the new flicker strike quality: 20% increaed teleport range. When i want to flicker strike to an enemy that is out of the range of flicker strike without the additional quality range, the game decides to flicker strike my character but doesnt move the camera and i stand in place. When i move, it teleports to the location that the game decided to flicker strike me to.

Bug report number is 1121455976.

First screenshot is before moving, second is after moving and it teleported me to that location.

I'm almost ready to go back to normal Flicker Strike to try and save myself from this.

Same, very disappointing, I was excited about the increased range.
same issue using normal flicker strike
