Dead. Will integrate several aspects of this build into a Spell caster, as I have found a way to make it work.

I really want to love this, but I don't think it will work in game. I went and tested in standard and Manastorm only grants lightning damage for the mana IT consumes not what the spell spends. For example, have 100 mana, spend 80 on a skill, manastorm consumes the other 20 for 20/4 lightning damage. So if you've fully charged Indigon and are casting at your regen rate Manastorm will give barely anything as all your mana goes into attacking.

I still really want to make an Indigon Wander, but we're gunna need to find another source of flat damage. Also a suggestion, the Arcane Capacitor cluster is amazing because Indigon builds will definitely be maxing it out so thats another 0.6% mana regen off that cluster

I'll be okay if this doesn't work, even with something like archemage after seeing some things today I suspect I won't even have time to play it.

Also yes, I was running arcane capacitor but actually cut it in favor of other nodes providing more value.

The Even with all the preemptive nerfs, Blade Blast is still broken.

If you dropped Manastorm from the build and used Archmage support instead everything should still work great right?
So Arcane Cloak deliberately says "SPENDS" mana...

64% of my hypothetical unreserved mana pool is 2688, which means great mitigation and 430 added lightning damage. This also means it maxes out Arcane Capacitor for (and Im just using like level 4 arcane surge so gonna base it on level 1) 15% more spell damage (which is 22.5% for Kinetic Bolt because gains 150% of spell damage), .75% mana regen (45 flat + 443% regen = extra 199), and cast speed which is irrelevant for my build. Additionally if I'm using manastorm, which is the plan, it would then use the remainder of my unreserved mana which should be 1428, which adds an additional 357 lightning damage. Combined this gives me average 787 maximum lightning damage for 4 seconds with varying degrees of being up together because the buff from arcane cloak doesn't reset cooldown 'til it's bye bye. If surge is up, WITH Omeyocan, that still gives me 1100 mana regen, plus crazy mana leech to take it even higher, to make sure I have full unreserved mana to cast another spell for maximum benefit. If Cloak is on cooldown, well then I get 1050 maximum damage from using my curse on hit spell (personally using vortex COH) for triggering Manastorm by itself. Haven't fully figured the mana cost, but with the way my tree is set up I figure it will cost 11-12 mana and will have 2.8-3 APS which should meet the lag breakpoint for cooldown reduction on belt.

That was long winded but no one is replying to my tree, probably because it wasn't fleshed out with gear.

Right now my POB is 4040 life, 6117 mana (figuring 30% reserved for spellslinger, level 20 precision, and level 1 clarity if I buy a mana recovery rate watcher's eye), 2628 ES, and 2688 Guard on cooldown as above. With the EHP calculator for MOM I figure on 8080 EHP plus the guard (75% effectiveness) should lead to about 10096 EHP while Arcane Cloak is up.

Plan on spell slinging Ball Lightning in an essence of horror helmet. Ball Lightning > Spellslinger > Slower Projectiles > Inspiration

Trying to figure out if running double inspiration in attack/trigger is worth it for crit chance and more damage, and it's only 115% instead of 130%. Would be 25% reserved (24% reservation reduction for me) instead of 28% reserved. With my mana cost as defined above for KBo I should have inspiration charges up for about 68 attacks which would be approximately 22 seconds and ball lightnings before reset.

Only works with spells, my dude. This build is probably getting scrapped, but a few core lessons from it will be incorporated into another build which will be much more effective.
