Divine orb is trash.

Crafting noob here: ... So are you guys talking about making really good blue weapons, Alteration implies the weapon is blue right?

Does that mean ultimately blue weapons are better or am I off the mark?

Im not so hardcore at making weapons, so my budget would be about 400-500 alterations tops xD.

Yeah you use alterations on a blue item until you get the prefix and suffix that you want. You then use a regal orb on it, and hopefully (but very unlikely) it gets a third mod that you want.

Wow thanks so much, I had no idea what everyone was talking about with all their technical crafting jargon.

So, you need few hundred alts to get two mods, few hundred jeweler's to get 6 sockets, and few hundred fusings to link them, few hundred chromatics to colour them and .. voila, you have one good item! Afer just a few months of gathering gems/trading you have your first item [ironic off] I think developers should think over the system
ps. I've just used about two hundred alts on my weapon- no luck; I collected those alts for about a month- and that definitely ends my adventure with crafting

Isn't it good to have a long-term goal? What would be special about a perfect item if it wasn't ridiculously hard to get one? Why do you even feel like you need one when 4-linked blue equipment will get you through a good chunk of the game?

Can I roll with divine: Local Min Added Lightning Dmg / Local Max Added Lightning Dmg 115

or am I stuck with this bow at 31 as my max? I used Divine 2x and I'm not sure, am I super unlucky or divine changes only lower number?




it's a iLVL77 so by the item lvl itself can get 115.

You did not know what they do, you misused them, now you are upset and blame it on the currency.
