Running a 2070 w/AMD 3700X. Been trying everything under the sun to stop the crashes, to no avail. Initial results for the Vulkan workaround are positive (no crashes in the same span of time where I'd get one,) but yeah the FPS hitches are nasty. I'll take it for now though. This will significantly improve the longer you play (restarting game is no problem).
