Exilecon was great. Excited for 3.9, wait & see for 4.0

However I'm still waiting on a statement regarding users affected by Twitch Drops bug which didn't register them as eligible for drops despite being told they were eligible both on PoE website & on the bottom left under the stream. You were aware of this issue more than three days prior to the event through your support system (even claimed your admin team & twitch were aware of it and that you'd take necessary measures). It became uncontrollable after the first day and instead of acknowledging it, you doubled drops for people who were already able to get loot rather than address the fact that many were unknowingly barred out, seemingly in an attempt to reinflate your viewership and get those who got massive amounts of loot to go vocal on forums & reddit in order to bury those having technical issues. It's extremely disappointing.

A Twitch mod already should've talked about this issue to Bex, your Support/Admin team already knew three days to a week (maybe even before) prior to the event, it really looks like you're purposefully sweeping it under the rug. Do you even care?
