in terms of everyone being on an equal playing field when it comes to items they own, no, the entire point of standard is that its the place where people get to keep their gear and that is prioritised over fairness or game balance, thats literally the entire reason it exists and we have separate leagues that are regularly reset in order to put balance and fairness first.
