[3.13] Raikudou's CoC Ice Nova Assassin (3M+ DPS)

Wich watcher eye would be best for this build ?

Watcher's Eye

+1.76% to Critical Strike Chance while affected by Hatred

OR

Consecrated Ground you create while affected by Zealotry causes enemies to take 9% increased Damage
Critical Strikes Penetrate 9% of Enemy Elemental Resistances while affected by Zealotry

what can i do if im using hh instead of cooldown belt?
you can have cooldown on boots
sry guy's here is the damage check on Minotaur

IGN ARROWUPYOURAZZ
Is there much of DPS lost using the bench craft of 12% CD recovery speed instead of 13-14%?
Love the build, almost finished cdr boots and farming for the soul tether now. UE was easy even without that.

It depends.

Base Crit with Hatred is always great for any crit builds. But if you can get increased damage taken + penetration in one Watcher's Eye Jewel i would lean towards the Zealotry one.
Raikudou,

I am reading about the dual Cospri mechanics and couple of sources point out that if you have more than one spell in each Cospri you are losing dps and is not optimal. They suggest to have only 1 spell with 2 supports in each sword. Is this true or with your setup of frostbite/frost bomb in the offhand is not a valid point? Thanks.
nvm

Each Cospri can only cast socketed Spells if you are actually attacking with the individual sword itself. This means that if we have 7.5 APS, you attack 3.75 times with each sword per second. So if you are using 1 spell in your main and 1 spell in your off hand, you cast each spell 3.75 times a second.

If you are using 2 spells in your main hand and off hand like we do, it means we cast each skill 1.87 (half of 3.75) times a second, since 1 cospris shares the cooldown between multiple socketed gems, but not the other Cospri.

This is why some people try to get their APS from 7.5 to 15 (basically double it) to get actual 7.5 casts per second on both spells. That is if you only have 1 spell in your main and off hand each. With 2 spells in each weapon, you would be at 3.75 casts per second for each skill again.

It doesn't matter for our build since we don't rely on the damage of the socketed spells. We only care for the leech + damage buff from Frostbolts for our main setup and the cold resist debuff on the second Cospri.

TL;DR: With our setup its not a valid point, but only because we don't care about our Cospri skills as a damage source and more about the QOL/buffs it provides for our main setup.
