[3.13] Raikudou's CoC Ice Nova Assassin (3M+ DPS)

https://www.desmos.com/calculator/rbl6w1jnvs

Tried putting DW cospri 15aps and 52% CDR on this calculation. It said that i can stil proc 10 icenova per sec. Is it a bug or the formula wrong?

I'm not expert on this, but my guess would that with 52CDR cooldown on 6l ice nova is still 0.1s, so you can cast it maximum 10 times per second. 15 APS is only to proc spells from cospris more often, with 52CDR 10APS is enough and i think 52CDR and 10APS is most optimal.

The only char on lvl 94 metamorph
Thanks for this perfect build guide. Just a question, am I crazy or does the POB include a +20% attack speed belt hence exceeding the 7.49 threshold with Mistwalker? I'm still new to the game. Thanks for the answer !

For the moment my character has 2x14%ASP Cospri and a Starkonja head with 10%ASP. My guess is that I should remove all this and aim for 1x14% and 1x13% Cospri + the node in the tree and nothing else, right?

Is the belt in the POB just here to showcase the numbers in calc as if Mistwalker was active?

Yes.
I've been doing some testing with tailwind and Action speed in general. I don't think the APS comes from tailwind( increased action speed) affects the total proc rate of the setup. With 15.04 aps before calculate the tailwind i still get proximally maxmimum of my DPS compare to 13.53 aps(Which gives 15.04 aps in pob with TW) . Can anyone confirm this theory?

It is because You can't proc ice nova more than 10 times per second, with 10 APS or 15 APS you proc it same time no matter the APS, ofcourse you need 52CDR for it. 15APS is only to proc gems inserted into cospri more often

My point is in theory i should proc less when i have raw 15.04aps with cyclone ( without tailwinds ) right? Also i made a clip with only gem setup on both cospri. The proc is pretty much cap with 15.04aps ( 16.55 with tailwinds)
