Day 27 of Blight - Are you going to increase map drop rates or not? - Still Waiting!

EDIT:
Yes, we're still waiting GGG.... At least talk to us about this damn topic...

We're not asking you to discuss drop rates. We're only asking for clarification if you will consider increasing them for Blighted maps, so we can enjoy the event without having to ALWAYS buy the maps from trade site.

----

We're now on day 27 of this league.

There has been so many requests spread across numerous threads here and on reddit requesting an increase to map drop rates.

GGG, can you just give us a YES or a NO if you will increase the drop rates, so those who are waiting can make their decision if they plan to continue this league or not...

It's getting pretty annoying at this stage..
Grinding for a league event should not be THAT grindy just to partake in the actual event you created for us to play.

The blight encounters in regular maps are a complete joke for loot.
The blighted maps are reasonable. It's not overkill for the amount of loot you get for the time it takes to run and complete them.

A slightly higher drop rate for the maps, so people can run them would be fair.
Yes, some have had better luck than others. But the majority of players are finding 3, 4, 5 TOTAL blighted maps after 3 whole weeks of playing.

I've hundreds of oils.. I want to play the blighted maps.. but I shouldn't have to resort to ALWAYS buying them to run them...

YES or NO..

Please give us an answer already..

I agree here.

Even though I've found my fair share of Blighted Maps the last week, they are supposed to be the main end game element in this league, yet they don't drop often enough to feel like the "main endgame mechanic".

Hell, I think I did Timless zones more often last league then I do Blighted Maps this league.
Sometimes, just sometimes, you should really consider adapting to the world, instead of demanding that the world adapts to you.

To be honest .. i think the drop rates are fine.
Please remind yourself how long you had to farm to run a 4 way or 5 way Legion run...

End game grind challenge in 3.8 - 100 timeless runs.
End game grind challenge in 3.9 - 100 blighted maps.

Seems legit.

Compare the loot of a 4 or 5 way legion timeless run to a t15 blighted map run.

Like already said at different points, I don't expect blighted maps to drop like candy, but they should be more available than they are right now.
You say Prison Cell, I hear 'Holiday'.
One reason I can think of that GGG has not release any statement whether they will increase blight map drop rates is that increasing that, server performance will take a heavy hit.
They have a standing policy not to discuss drop rates.

? Not even close to this long, I had ~ 20 timeless stones by this stage in last league. Sure I only had 2 maraketh but as i've not had a high tier blight map at all I really don't think it stands up

fragments always end up being fairer than niche drops I suspect its why they do them as you earn incremental league content.

Since standard is a wild land without any means of wealth or balance, i really don't get this RNG walls. Loot is already gated behind huge RNG walls. So why not let us play the game at the current state? Who gives a f*** what transfers over to standard?

What GGG does: block the casino gates. To protect the gambling machines. That makes no sense. At all. Let us in. Let us gamble. You know the drop rates and can manipulate them. But if you make the entry to the casino so hard, the RNG for drops looks more hellish than they already are. No casino would survive this. Just saying.

Look at Legion: The mechanic was easy to access. The casino was open. Timeless stones were farmable (except maraketh, but it was okay). What happened? People played the game, accumulated wealth, could craft (never forget: currency is needed to craft too. Making people craft things is fun!). Maybe the casino was a little bit too easy to access (glacier), but still: Legion felt like the legion league. Blight feels like standard with QoL-Improvements. And some sidequests you can do but don't want to do... in terms of loot and repetetiveness (if this is a word).
The Sirus fight is a disgrace.
