And, you've provided an answer to your dilemma. You will never understand why these things happen until you learn to empathize with others. That should be easy since this person, and most others here, share similar gaming interests with you.

That being said, the OP posted an "I quit" thread, but they listed their reasonable complaints. It's a good post and worth reading if one is interested why someone who's played the game for so long might decide that they've played enough of it.

Constructive feedback is always a plus in my book. This is way better than most of the OMG THIS GAME SUXXX AND IM NEVER GIVING GGG ANOTHER DIME threads.

Most of these points make me wonder if i actually want to play this game for another 6+ years...i am waiting 4.0 but it will takes forever and probably would just disappoint me after all the waiting.
I still enjoy the game and spend most of my free time thinking of or playing or chatting for PoE but TGGG tries harder and harder to make me regret for supporting them. I refuse to let them tell me how i will play the game every 3 focking months or how fast i will play the game. I play the game for pleasure but not to race and if they do not respect that and make me choose between playing meta or not, i will leave sooner or later.

Because he wouldve probably still play this game if TGGG didnt make the needed to kill the fun for him and players like him. And imo it is good that he wrote why he decided to leave in case some of TGGG read and care to do something about it or many other players would leave like him and all that cuz of TGGG.

I'm sure he expected something new. Not a near copy/paste of the threads that've been going around in feedback for at least a year since I've been here.

He even pulled the picture from one of the feedback posts. And it's a horrible one too. I don't care how much of crazy optimized sick farmer people claim to be, that was a ridiculously rare thing going on in that picture 99.9% of players will never experience.

Edit again: Lulz, that's probably what this is actually about. "Look what these fucking people are doing! I can't do that shit! This game sucks now."

Dunno why some people have this incessant need to leave a comment that says "K" like you did as if to appear above me or something. About 300 people have read this in an hour or so and almost 20 have left a reply, mostly positive... so i guess people do "care".

No narcissism (a word that people overuse to sound smart) here, just a quitting player leaving some simple feedback as to WHY i quit and if others wanna check it out, they can. If you're not interested in my opinions, don't click on the thread... it's quite simple :D

Welp if you've seen similar posts, then i guess it shows how people feel about the game. I don't care about "attention". I'm some random guy on the net for you and you are the same to me. This is just a bit of feedback from a quitting player, plain and simple ;)
