Wrecker of Days' One-Stop-Shop: Stress-Free Builds (& Filters) (1-Button, HC SSF, Pure Item Freedom)

Thank you so much for sharing the link to your work in progress. I feel very privileged and honoured to have the opportunity to get a glimpse of one of your guide to come. To me, it looks very promising. I like raiders, although I have to admit that it's mostly because they have the cutest avatar of all. It looks like she will have almost 75 % chance to dodge attacks even without vaal grace. I definitely like that.

Is that strange behaviour of cyclone somehting new ot is it something you already experienced pre 3.8? Sounds very annoying. I can't remember having had such problems, but I play exclusively on PC.

I am very curious what the guide will look like when it's finished. No matter if it will focus on physical or elemental damage, I will play and love it. No doubt about that.

Enjoy your Monday!

Overwhelmed by Path of Exile? You might want to have a look at Wrecker_of_Days' beginner-friendly guides. One-click-wonders that do not require any specific items to conquer the campaign and the Atlas: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2606288/page/1

Thanks Caligula_Exile. You're very kind. I'm pretty sure I've solidified the build so I'd like to start typing it as soon as possible. there are a couple of tweaks I want to make to my existing guides first as they are changes that I want in every guide. So it'll likely be ready in a week or two.

The behaviour for Cyclone was worse in prior to it being a channelling skill. Then in 3.7 it was better for me, but still nauseating when trying to stop. It's better now in 3.8 but on console, I still can't stop all the time when I want to. But it's console specific. On PC you just stop holding the Cyclone button. On console the skill keeps moving if you let go of the analog stick. Oh well. :). My fix is don't stop. Just keep moving.

Thanks again for your kindness. I appreciate it a lot. I'll post everywhere when the guide is live.

I have my filter set for 8% on flasks and I take all quality gems.
Big ups on your efforts. I myself am a disabled gamer. I don't have any TBI history, but I 100% get that sometimes you want to game, and your body or mind just CAN NOT with the finer details of gaming. ARPGs have filled that space for me for a while now (sorry, WoW, herb farming doesn't scratch that itch anymore!) and I really appreciate that there's someone out there who has taken the time and mental labour to work on builds that are good for people who just don't have the spoons. I have my eye on two of your builds so far, eagerly awaiting that Saturday's Warrior!

That's a very kind post. Thanks for taking the time out of your day to be so encouraging! I'm sorry for whatever you are disabled with. Isn't it amazing though how whatever type of struggle we may have, the people around us in our lives are blessed in some way or form? But no matter what it is you deal with, I'm happy to have helped with your enjoyment of PoE. PoE is so great that it has so much versatility that even those that can't play most games can play a game as complex as this.

Thank you very much for your kindness. I really do appreciate it. The Dodging Cyclone build is complete but the guide is not. But I've had lots of people express their excitement about it. So here you go. I posted it early for you: https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/2682751. I'll be editing it on the go but the build won't change. Hopefully you like it ;) and thanks again for your thoughtfulness.

I have fibromyalgia :) I definitely have days where my brain is stuck on "?????" and higher tiers get really rippy for me.

And WOO DODGING CYCLONE BUILD GUIDE Kermit flailing arms
I want to rock right meow
I'm a disabled gamer who can only use one hand on a laptop touchpad, and I just wanted to say thanks for making all these builds, they make PoE's endgame possible for me!

That's really hard. I'm sorry. Ya, busy maps for me are the same. My biggest cause of death in the game is zoning out and forgetting what I'm doing. But nothing like some good flailing Kermit arms to brighten the mood after a 10% XP loss ;).

Will do! I've used your RF build before, and now I'm using the zombies, both were amazing! I think in 3.9 I'll try the Scion bow build or the new Cyclone build, if they'll still work. Zombies work extremely well with Blight too, so far I barely ever had to build towers.
