Wrecker of Days' One-Stop-Shop: Stress-Free Builds (& Filters) (1-Button, HC SSF, Pure Item Freedom)

Show # Uncorrupted
Class "Claws"
HasExplicitMod "Merciless" "Flaring" "Carbonising" "Crystalising" "Vapourising" "Devastating" "Malicious" "of Celebration" "of Virulence" "of Dissolution" "of Disintegrating"

A white claw, for example Imperial Claw, has only physical damage (25-65).

The "Devastating" prefix means "(51–59)% increased Elemental Damage with Attack Skills".

So, if the claw would have (without the mod) elemental damage, then the "Devastating" mod would increase that damage. But the claw does not have (without the mod) elemental damage.
Does the claw have elemental damage, with the mod added?
(Is the "Devastating" prefix effective, or is it "dead".)

(Does it depend on other gear? Gloves, etc? For example when a gloves has "adds fire damage to attacks".)

Makes sense. So you go and get both Call to Arms then Unwavering Stance and proceed to get the adjacent nodes such as Bloodless and prismatic skin, then go all the way up doing the same i believe right?

I thought just shrug and get a +30 int with +30 int bonus amulet should be enough for a time and don't focus on any fire resist.

When you get up to Elemental Overlord, which path would you usually take? Towards Purity of Flesh or Heart of Flame?
Yup! It's that easy. Just take ALL of the southern nodes first. Then start making your way north and don't leave anything behind. Once you get to Elemental Overload, it doesn't matter the direction you take. Your build will already be nicely setup and you can choose which path you prefer to take based on your preferences with the build by that point.

And yes, getting one Amulet and one +30 Int. node is plenty. By the time you get to the point where you need more Int., you'll already be getting the Int. you need from the provided tree. So that should be plenty.

Hey Jhssutrx!

Question 1: Sorry to delay an answer, but for the first post, I'm not sure what your question is. Are you asking if I show "essence" mods in my filters? What my opinions are on it? If so, I don't currently show those two specific mods because I only care for those mods if they are on basetypes that I care about. So the basetypes are the priority and all "top" basetypes show no matter the mods that roll. Does that answer your first question?

Question 2: Each basetype only has the damage type and stats that are displayed. It'll be obvious on the item itself if the damage is elemental. If it doesn't say a type of element or Chaos damage, it's Physical. But, the active skill you choose to use could be elemental. All "Attack" based skills "use" the weapon you have equipped. So if you're using an elemental skill, your claw will help deal that damage. Does that answer your quesion?

You are wonderful too thank you :)

This is awesome that you still make your builds public, I appreciate it a lot, having my self health issues as well and these builds are a blessing for me.

I see that you removed the brutality gem which makes the unholy might aura work again :) , but wouldn't commander of the darkness be better though? I mean aren't 30% increased damage and more attackspeed for each aura and 30 all resistances better than 30% of physical damage as extra chaos damage?

Thanks for the reaper build suggestion, this one looks interesting too, I will take a look into that.
(I moved the convo over here to this thread. I check this thread on occasion.)

Commander of Darkness and Unnatural Strength are pretty equal in my opinion. 30% of Physical damage as Chaos damage is REALLY strong. Ignoring all that ES is really strong. Stronger than 30% increased damage. But when you add the attack/cast speed maybe it equals out? But the two nodes definitely equal out with the 30% resists. That makes it so that you only need 1 resist mod for your minions to cap them at the 83% elemental resists.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with choosing Commander of Darkness instead of Unnatural Strength. To me, they are equal.

And it's my pleasure. I really wish I had the time and health to do all of the guides and replies. So it's my pleasure to at least keep some builds up to date on my own time.

You are right unholy might ignores ES, I totaly forgot about that. I am not sure though if the added attack/cast speed of commander is for each aura you have turned on, if yes this would be pretty good otherwise just 3% wouldn't be that much I think. Yea the +30% ele res are pretty useful to cap the resistances of your minions. For unnautral strength I was told that I would need a lot of physical damage to make it worthwhile and using something like melee physical damage support to push it even more so that you do even more extra chaos damage. But I could be wrong about it I have never tried unnatural strength in poe I actually thought it was only good for poison or chaos builds.

I wish the game had some kind of dummy like in Grim Dawn or Torchlight 2 where you can test your damage output.

I understand, writing these builds and keeping them update to date takes a lot of time and effort. Don't feel sorry about it, you are already doing enough for all of us here.

Ya. The zombie builds I've had over the last few leagues have been pure physical damage. So Unholy Might fits perfectly with the build (as long as Brutality isn't used).

Now that I've had a league with the new minion stats and new minion gear, Commander of Darkness is definitely on par with Unholy Might. The decision is all about gearing, to me. If you don't want to worry about minion resists, go with Commander of Darkness. If you want more natural damage (and therefore have a bit of survivability focus on your gear for your minions, Unholy Might.

I'd LOVE a dummy system in the game. That'd be SO nice.

Thanks so much for your kindness. I really appreciate your encouragement :) .

Thanks, vvspartanw!

I just clicked on it myself and it worked. It may take a few seconds to load properly. The "notes" section in the build makes builds load a little bit longer than a typical link.

Here's the link again: https://poeplanner.com/builds/595488. Maybe try opening it in your browser's version of "incognito mode". See if that helps?

Please, let me know if that works or doesn't. I'd like to pass on any bugs before the next league starts.

Any chance of getting a rough skill plan for the "WAAAAAD's WEEPAAAAAH!!!!!" build? I am horrible at doing that, and it stresses me out. If you can't, that's all good.

Thanks for the builds. I have RSI, so need to play with a controller, and even then I need to press as few buttons as possible. Just writing this, my fingers and wrists are screaming.

I haven't played for years, but just found out they added controller support a while ago, so I want to give the game another go and see how long I can stand it.

Hey, Saraneth!

Nice to hear from you! I'm sorry for your RSI. I know what you're going through for sure, though you seem to have it much worse than I do. Controller support has been glorious since its inception! It's been SO good. I hope it's proven to benefit your ability to play.

Here's my newest Elementalist Reaper that I've replaced with the one I've posted: https://poeplanner.com/builds/657413. This will be the one that I post next league. I've included some notes in the Notes tab that should help with some of your questions. Levelling is always tricky based on what gear drops for you.

I'd likely just use SRS or Skeletons until you unlock the Reaper. Skeletons can use the same supports as the Reaper, and it's more mana friendly, but they are slower. SRS is physical damage converted 100% to Fire Damage. The witch gets plenty of support to help that out while levelling, including the super-fun Infernal Legion.

I hope that helps! Let me know if I didn't answer your question.
