Legion was by FAR the best league to date. Not only for best mechanics but playability and longevity. Most people stayed the entire league! I’m talking all platforms! I’m a Xbox player and Iv been playing for a long time now. To release something like legion and then come out with blight is/was a slap in the face. Most people quit the league within the first 3 weeks of release

You didn't do anything in Legion though. You just blew up a pack of weak enemies and got free loot. People hate on Blight because it involves playing the game. It's just blatantly better in every way.

Edit: Domain was badass though. I won't deny that.
Need a new signature, cuz name change. I dunno though. I guess this seems fine. Yeah, this is good.

Yeah I think the #1 argument for Legion League comes from the Domain of Timeless Conflict being the most fun and well-balanced endgame experience to date.

Personally I really like the reward balancing of Betrayal league the most, but I can't deny that 5-army Domains were fun.

Unfortunately, in 8 days of /played while grinding to 100 with no boosting, I never finished a Maraketh emblem, so I didn't actually bother doing a 5-army run this league.

Classy move.

Stopped caring what you thought after seeing you started in March. Lolz

My personal favourite was Grandmasters league. It changed crafting fundamentally and was heavily played even in the last month of the league.
Legion was a shit league. Boring AF, I quit after 3 weeks.

Utter mindless "click for more monsters" game play will pretty much never do it for me as the whole game pretty much already does this. It was fun for a while, when it was Breach, but I want more variety of game play from a challenge league.
One thing that was nice about Legion was that the splinters, at least for my guild, encouraged players to band together to finish emblems and run them.

For guilds, it was an easy way to get people to band together and put in their fair share of investment to run a 4 or 5-way.

Splinter drop rate got slashed this league understandably.

I kinda miss it. Blight doesn't really pull people together since parties only make the mobs harder to kill and drop rate, from what I was told, doesn't affect chest drops.

I've only started playing since Legion, so I can throw in that I feel Legion was superior to Blight.

Disagree here. Blighted Maps are hands down the best party content in the game. It's fun as hell. We were three friends, saving up T14+ maps, and when we had 5+ each, we ran them all and split the loot. Perfect for party play, of course; if you know the people you are partying up with. And I will never party up with people I don't know - I'll never see the point of that.

I liked Legion. I like Blight. If someone forced me to pick one, I really don't know what I'd choose. I like mechanics forcing you to play the game, and interact with the game. If all leagues in the future are ONLY based around "more monsters to kill, while not having to do shit", I'd probably get bored fast.

Leagues should be different. Some leagues should force you to interact with the game. Stop up. Make some choices. Build a little bit different than the last league.
Bring me some coffee and I'll bring you a smile.
2019 is a massive failure imho for this game.

Just waiting for 4.0.
