Aura Bots Need to be Nerfed HARD or Timers Gotta Go
"It's really the combination of the 2 that leads to an insurmountable advantage for people running with an aura bots. If aura bots were nerfed (example: auras from other party members only have 10% effectiveness) then timers wouldn't be such a big deal. or Get rid of timers and aura bot groups can clear as fast as they want to without having a massive impact on solo players. Legion emblem prices are currently being determined by the groups who can hit loot cap within the 5-way battle time limit. If it was a set number of waves and not time limited then this wouldn't be a thing; everyone would have a similar chance to see returns on their investment. |

" Ah, I see what you're saying now. Aurabots push teams to the absolute maximum yield which solo players could never achieve because the content is timed. Unfortunately, I still don't see the developers changing much because of it. Think about it from their perspective. Would it make sense to design the game in such a way that players who farm together never have an advantage over players who farm solo? I can agree with you that the timer gives groups a massive advantage. The best they could probably do without getting rid of hard timers would be reducing the timer per party member (which would likely be abused in some fashion anyway). On a personal play level, I like the timer, but would prefer it was a bit more organic. Like for instance, if you break out a box, you lose an extra second, emphasizing the need to carefully pick and choose what you actually want. That's probably insanity though, considering it's contrary to the 'kill everything you can see' aspect of the game. It would bring groups in line with solo players for this content though, because there would be a much more straightforward cap on loot from a given monolith. |

![]() My guild buddy dropped a headhunter today but guess what? he was with his aurabot and apparently they are not going to share it 50/50. |

Why would a public aurabot share their loot? This is exactly what permanent allocation is for. The game decides who gets what.
And if this really was an incubator result, then screw any idiot who thinks they deserve their aurabot's incubator result? If the aurabot was another guildmate and this was just a legion mob reward rather than incubator result, then sure, it'd be *nice* for them to split the profit, but it still wouldn't be obligatory imo. " Aura bots are definitely OP and should use some adjustment. I played with one that boost my hideout dps from around 250k to nearly 800k. Absolute insanity. They should make it so aura affecting player allies only have half the effect or something. |

" This is what I hear from your post; "Oh noes, people take the time to level a character and gems and gear them, then spend time to put together parties to gain faster clears and have support, nerf them!" "Oh noes, people have more, or spend more time to play/playing than I do and get more stuff because they spend more time. Unfair! Nerf nerf nerf!". |
