Aura Bots Need to be Nerfed HARD or Timers Gotta Go
It really sucks not being able to do Legion end game content (while consistently turning a profit) because of all people who play 24/7 jacking up emblem prices due to how stupidly fast they can clear waves with their headhunters and aura slaves to enable them.
"git gud" yeah yeah I understand that this isn't a particularly casual friendly game, but still it's probably not great to have the most juicy parts of a league be so exclusionary. I'd prefer if they just stop slapping timers on everything. It will ALWAYS be more profitable to clear content faster in PoE so why do we need timers to put more speed pressure on us? It's fine if people in groups make more currency by clearing faster, but they shouldn't make more currency for the same total investment. Are you aware that when you party you get only 50% more currency drops with means if you solo without aurabot you will get 100% currency collected but with aurabot (lets say currency shared equally shared) you will only get 150/2=75% currency collected which means you earn 25% more currency while soloing

Profit = Returns -Investments Now let's use some numbers Case1 Profit =150C-100C= 50 C Case2 Profit =150*1.5-100C =125C As you can clearly see the 2 Player team gets not 50% more profit but in this case 125%. "Actually, assuming you split costs, you're only spending 50% as much while making 75% profit. And that's profit per zone/activity without factoring in the time cost. You're really making way more per hour than what you would solo because you're clearing so fast, and in some cases like with Legion emblems it's literally impossible to get the same number of kills solo. Some players (conveniently) divide by the number of players, and others don't... both in order to make their points look stronger.

its more efficient whether you divide by number of players or not, the only situation where party doesn't come out infront is if you are comparing one encounter in isolation and even that requires an assumption that you'll clear everything in both situations.
These rackets get run every league sadly :/ only real way for people to combat it is stop selling splinters and run your own content but it obviously means you take a hit on playing what you want when you can't afford anything lol. |

" That's...not really how it works out in the end. If you already have a solid build and run with a good aurabot, you blow through content so fast that you can collect way more drops in much less time. I have a pretty good sense of humor. I'm not German.
