I like your suggestion a lot. That Cyclone option sounds interesting (and fun). I shall have to check it out once I have given up hope on gaining another level. But I guess that I had better get around to it during this League, 'cause I strongly expect Cyclone to get some nerfing applied once Legion ends. Elder Helms and Elder Gloves definitely bring something extra to the Build (but they are not cheap). Cyclone is REALLY popular this league. But the nice thing about it, if you use it for this build, is that a damage nerf would be irrelevant. Ooooo BOY! I'm excited! I never make mistakes. BUT I fixed some mistakes that were in the loot filter that totally got there on their own ;) (like removing large chromatic recipes). I added 3 other filters too. So now you have 4 filters to choose from: 1) The normal customized filter that's always been there. 2) The normal filter that excludes the type of items you tend to skip once your character is all setup. 3) A filter that has all my guides' filters mashed into one. So this is good if you like to play a few of my builds but don't want to miss any gear for any of the characters. 4) The same type of exclusions as #2 for filter #3. I've just picked up your build and can't really tell if i like it or not since i'm at the very beginning of my journey. However i was wondering why you neglected energy shield in favor of health in this build, isn't ES equipment more accessible for a Witch ? Hey Darkbento, Classes in this game don't encourage more or less drops of any time of item. All classes as you play through the game get the same opportunity for any gear. So the Witch isn't more or less inclined to get ES gear than anyone else. Even though Intelligence does benefit ES, I chose life as the primary source of life for this character because getting stunned is based on your lifepool. Literally life. So if you go with ES, you still need a high lifepool to avoid stunning, or get a piece of gear/nodes on the tree that prevents stunning. As those options aren't available for our Ascendancy and are on the opposite side of the tree, and since I don't like having my guides REQUIRE any types of mods or items to be funcional, and since this build typically jumps into the middle of battle, life based made more sense than capitalizing on the bonuses of Int. If you're killing things and staying alive, there is no right or wrong way to play this game. So if you'd like to modify this build to have lots of ES, go for it! You'd have LOTS available to you close to all our minion nodes (as you mentioned). That's a great question. I'm a noob player who started playing POE back at 3.5 and had a ton of fun. I came across your guide after looking for a different build for 3.7. So far at level 34, I'm loving the build and I'm having the most fun leveling up my character. Anyway, in one of your videos, I saw that you were using a charged dash. It looked a lotta fun and wanted to give it a try. What gems should I 4 linked with a charged dash? I'm thinking of taking this route as an alternative from using consecrated path. Overall, thank you for making this build. It's my first time playing necro on POE and love the overall relaxing playstyle. edit: NVM! You already have it! You really thought of everything! But I have one question! Would a 6L Belly of the beast and a 6L queen's escape be good for this build? Can you please post a skill gem leveling guide for us newbies. Which gems do we use to level and when is the skill gem progression from start to end? I want to know this because I like using the skills that the build calls for right away/as soon as possible. I also like knowing the streamlined process for it so that I can enjoy the fancy new abilities as I level up. Why you use a 4-link item to bind these gems together : Hatred - generosity support - stone golem - holy relic I would appreciate if you (or someone else) explain me why, cause i can't stop searching :D i'm almost new to PoE.
