Button to "unfreeze all mobs" after clicking monolith?

I'd like a button on breaches to automatically set them to their max size and spawn everything.

I feel like the mechanic of tagging everything you want to engage with will be the hot topic of this league. I can see some skills struggling with this, animation cancelling while your trying to zip around tagging stuff, weird bugs as well.

It may wear out its mechanic a little to fast when we encounter this every zone. I probably wouldn't care at all if it was once in awhile but when every zone has you stop and tag frozen monsters that don't fight back only to then fight them.. got a strange feeling on this one.

Obviously to early to tell, really have to try it out first.

I made this thread 2 weeks before league release and I can feel like this it's going to be one of the first feedbacks of the community.

People will be claiming and screaming for a "unfreeze them all button" inside monoliths.

No way in this world people will pass 3 months hiting freezed mobs zone after zone, map after map and will be ok with that. This sounds extremely boring. Being otimist, This sounds extremely boring and very bad for a lot of builds. Maybe not all of them.

But then we have another problem, we have a league mechanic that looks crap with certain builds and better with others. Not good at all, to a game that already sits inside "metas" and have a huge problem with making certain skills fun and viable.

There's a reason why they threw this league into the trashcan during development, as Chris admitted during his GDC talk. Because the whole unfreezing and waiting mechanic is complete ass. This will be the most boring, brainless league we've had in years.
The moment I've seen trailer for Legion leagues I was like "Ok, so in a patch in which melee should shine the most you add league that is as melee unfriendly as possible?".
There is no way melee users will be able to "tag" all monsters in that little time we get while I will just stay at center and unfreeze every monster in couple seconds using something like TS/LA/SA/EH + pierce, some spell with huge AoE like Bane or Frostbolt+Ice Nova or just as Spectre Summoner.

I was going to try melee in 3.7, but not with such league mechanic.

yeah, totally missed the chance to give us some "arena league" themed with the melee patch.

just throwed a bait in one direction while going another.

If it's like Synthesis, you will click the monolith, text will come up that you failed to unfeeze anything and you will wonder WTF happened?
I don't think the timer will last very long at all, maybe 5 seconds to tag if you are lucky, 3 seconds by level 83.
I love how they show the guy strolling around like he is shopping... NO WAY are we getting that much time.

that's the point of the thread, dude.

I don't want another garbage league, and it's kinda easy to fix this problem. Just create a "unfreeze all" button. Just like "accelerate" button inside memories.

I want to click in a monolith and destroy everything, fucking yes. That's how I have fun.

Path of Exile created players that are so impatient that their perfect league would be to spawn lvl 90 in an all flat map with billions of mobs rushing towards them endlessly, auto good loot pickup, auto trading of what they pickup, winter orb activated and looking at their stash stacking up thousands of chaos automatically before their eyes.
