[3.6] Binks' Vaal Double Strike Ichimonji Champion - Extremely Budget Friendly

Will this be updated for 3.7? i had lots of fun using this build, especially since i like to use only 1 main damaging skill.

Curious to see what kind of crazy stuff will happen with all these melee buffs.

Also since the update I was wondering if the scaling got worse.
Before the update I had a DPS of 75000 on double strike when I checked the skill on the menu. Now after the update I have only around 45000. I put the passive skills as identical as the 3.6 guide.
If someone knows anything about this, I am happy to hear.
