There are tons of people in the tech support telling you how it is complete and utterly UNPLAYABLE to the vast majority of EU players due to packet loss rates over 33% and pings hopping between 40 and 500 every second.

I had same problem on 3.3 when i was retard with POE on HDD. Bought new SSD and installed game there - lost all packetloss, ping hoppings, freezes and etc. Even on league start.
And actually loled from "ps4 users patience".

Get rid of memory cap please. We keep repeating the same mistakes, the sulfur cap made Delve so stifling. Now again the enjoyment of the game is strangled to death by memory caps. There is no reason that either sulfur or memories should have any cap, let us enjoy the game at our own pace instead of trying to force us to rapidly flip flop between mapping and nexus. Finally get rid of sulfur cap while you're at it so we can actually enjoy delve too. Please friends, it's been so long since I could enjoy a PoE league, Delve was so good but sulfur cap was so intolerable. Don't make us go through this again, just get rid of the caps.

well, i played during the whole weekend on frankfurt and amsterdam. both were totally fine from vodafail cable germany.

Doubtful- those will be the players who're using old Windows versions, or who cannot run the game well in DX11 if at all.

That said, I see the PS4 Diablo-3 community seems to be getting back to it's old self right now. I wonder why that might be...
