i think the main reason he is so far ahead right now is that he isn't really being challenged by multiple parties.
That dual wield cleave is really insane with doubly-applying all damage from both weapons, paired with his attackspeed and due to massive aoe he and his killspeed is only limited by his own tankability. | |

MOVING ON! I watched only for a bit and was like, damn. He's soloing maps. With cleave. All those auras are daunting to me. I'm typically not being into that level of self-augmentation in ARPGS (they're essentially making the character a battle-mage, really) and prefer to rely on other things, but it's entirely possible that auras remain the only way to seriously melee in this game. I don't really mind that but it'll take me a bit to get my head around. I was never really into the fighter/mage hybrid if that meant self-buffing rather than combining badass sword skills and blowing shit up. " Cleave is still using the weapon's natural range. It is melee. You seem to have some sour graps going on there, but so be it. I'll be impressed, as will others. You don't have to be. :) As for his personal health, that's not really our concern either. We're not his mother. It's also not relevant to the topic at hand, which is that melee is viable at end-game if done right. If I like a game, it'll either be amazing later or awful forever. There's no in-between.

I don't know what exact auras he's using but they're most likely elemental attack ones along with your staples, because it's a build based on doing elemental damage with Cleave.
