Melee hardcore solo, close to the top of the ladder. That is freaking amazing.

Leap slam / ground slam / lightning strike / cleave are not melee.
I have no idea who he is, but he isn't reaching the top of the ladder entirely through solo melee no matter how much he tries to fool you. He's a well-known streamer, and from what I've seen, rather good at it.
Kudos to him. I agree with bhavv, however. Any skill that deals damage with a weapon but beyond the weapon's natural range is not melee. edit: fair point regarding the lack of proof that is what nugiyen is doing. Thus I'll have a watch and judge for myself. edit 2: NICELY DONE. My point about melee stands, however. If I like a game, it'll either be amazing later or awful forever. There's no in-between. I concur, that is not the point here. I've watched enough of nugiyen to see that is not applicable at all.

I decided to tune in to see what you guys were talking about. About 30 seconds into the stream Nugiyen had one of the closest calls I've seen. His health dropped below 1%.
