These are some of the things they are doing in chat. Yes. Are you in the Global 1 betrayal league? They have been talking up lolis the past two weeks and trying to get people into with chants, then defending the hell out of lolis calling people normies for not liking them. Then after they get muted for it, and yes they have been getting muted for the loli pedo stuff, they try to get people to rally around gamers rising up.

It creates a very exclusive environment. Not one any of us want to be a part of.

This game is for everyone to be bad at, not just for their loud group and endless dummy accounts.

Call them whatever you want, pretending they aren't there is hurting the game. This game is for everyone to be bad at. They are creating an exclusive environment. It's starting to fester. This is a problem that could have some pretty bad consequences unless some measures are taken.

I agree with a previous poster, to paraphrase on just one of their points: there should be some tightening up. Just a reality we have to face now. It's unfortunate, but the chat was just fine before them, and it will be fine without them.

i could make a better argument that you're "hurting the game" than you've done about this group of bogeymen that i've never even noticed.

Sorry, I thought the proof was obvious- talking to the mods. Like I said they have been muting people for all the aforementioned offenses.

Which I think perfectly describes the groups in question when they start going off, and their most commonly muted offenses. Not a good look for the game.

Imho, political discussions have nothing to do in an entertainement platform such as PoE.
It's absolutely out of place.
If there needs to be a global chat and a forum, there needs to be proper moderation, because you can't just hope that people on the internet will behave : once you give people this false sense of anonimity, they (=many, too man) just don't.

I am not using global chats (because why the hell would I do that ?), but if I ever see pedophil/racist/mysogin/discriminative crap in game, I would screen shot it and sent it to support directly.
Because those things should definitely NOT be allowed, and not be forgiven easily imho
