No what he meant was Volatile Dead builds that used Zerphi's Last Breath flask for up to 20k life regen per second. That wasn't a PF immune build.

I'm curious what how the Tectonic Slam changes will be?
Seems like they did this to probably make it more viable to use multistrike from what I can tell. But the helm enchant change kind of contradicts that idea... But would still be more damage I think?

I like Tectonic Strike visually as a skill so I enjoy using it.

Any thoughts on how it will perform in comparison to similar skills? (Sunder, EQ, Ground Slam, etc.)

Is there anyway we could get a little clarification on this? Scope or scale of the bug, or is it extremely situational or negligible? Many wanting to run minion focused builds are wondering about this. Thanks!

In which sources damage was increased? And affects on all minions? or just addressed on some specified ones?

That kind of note cant really open up what and how much the effect was -

I believe all the items are getting the cooldown treatment.. mjolner, cospri, etc.

So the way i am understanding this is basically 2.4 is back with a hard cap of about 20 spells a second when using coc gem and dual trigger weapons.. before cwdt extras.. (Melee not dead.. just use it to cast a fukton of spells :)
