Did you even read the patch notes? Maybe they will but not in, 3.5.0.


do the patch notes say anything about droprates of poet's pen being lower than kaom's heart?

additionally, ggg is known to deliver sustantial nerfs after a league started to make people play other games. like with delve boss taxies last league.

i wouldn't put any bets on arc mines/bv remaining untouched even after the league started.

Uh....what?

Quill Rain was often used for late game. Yes, you can use fossil crafted + bows alternatively, but quill rain was still very popular - not to mention fossil crafting a bow that is as good or better than quill rain was is not an inexpensive endeavor and certainly not a mid to early late game option.

40% less damage is absolutely going to destroy it.
That's the point. A level SIX weapon that isn't eve rare as nearly BiS for a lot of these builds along with CoC changes is too much value. Kind of agree it's a bit too much, could've been a nerf to crit or removal thereof..

Has anyone even bothered to use this clunky cast on frostbolt effect like ever? Maybe it's been too long since I tried it, but it just felt...really awkward to use this mechanic. I'll try to keep an open mind and maybe try it again though, to see if it doesn't feel clunky to me now.

Deals 116.1 base cold damage per second at gem level 1 (up from 41.6) and 1495.6 base cold damage per second at gem level 20 (up from 684.5)
Dank. Felt like Vortex was really falling behind other skills in terms of raw damage potential over the last year or two (I think the final nail in the coffin was the nerf to Pyre's cold-to-fire conversion, which makes me happy to have a few legacy in standard if I want to boot up the old hot-tub vortex build again)
Combat is simple.
Keep your blood in.
Take theirs out.
Added a mini-map zoom slider in the settings.
