180~ MS to Australian server all of a sudden?

Problem: I played the whole Incursion league and most of the Flashback and didnt experience any lag, however when I logged on yesterday and today I'm experiencing ~180ms on the Australian server. Actually getting better ping from Singapore (120ms)

WinMTR statistics: https://pastebin.com/5iVwVBiq
Connection type: Ethernet

I've played Overwatch CSGO SCUM Fortnite in the last two days and haven't experienced any lag like I have through PoE

Im getting the same in AUS gateway. Game has a major stutter when in AUS gateway but works fine in other gateway's. I tried playing on the california gateway and was able to play without any spikes and the game ran a smooth as it always has.

Other games and comp otherwise working the same as always

My WinMTR Stats: https://pastebin.com/2uyxz3TW
Connection type: Also Ethernet

Same issue here from Perth, sudden jump to 205~ ping from sub-100. I'm also with MyRepublic, Friend on Telstra isn't reporting any change.

My ping seems to jump at the same point yours does as well; 2f.10.35a9.ip4.static.sl-reverse.com. Not sure if that's on POEs end or MyRepublic.

No, you are not, the end result might be the same but your issues starts earlier than the OP's

Mainly the 7% packet loss starting from the second hop, thats either directly you or your ISP at that stage (try turning the router off for 5 minutes then try again)

@OP

Your issue seems to be the hop immediately before the network layer which GGG's server hosts run

You should probably contact support via email with this, while it's not directly something they or their server hosts can fix they CAN contact the owners of the problem hop, at that point though it's out of their hands.

@spadoni24k you have the same problem as the OP originating at the same hop.

could this be an ISP thing tho since we both go through the same ISP?

It's not directly your ISP though your ISP deals with them to route the connection though that area, they do have a little more clout than GGG in the matter though, but depending on the ISP it could take them a while to get the point

Believe I am in the same boat here.

I'm on WiFi, but issue is at the 7th hop and not related to the modem?

So to confirm this is an issue with PoE's servers' routing or Our ISP?

With MyRepublic too.
Yep same here... was going mad... hopefully GGG can chime into this thread soon.
Really turning me off playing lol

ISP: MyRepublic as well...
Same issue here, also with MyRepublic.
Was fine until the Delve release, though certainly seeing a trend here with the ISP...
I just find it odd that there's better ping to Japan and Singapore.

Having the same issue, same exact tracerty results...

Also with MyRepublic ISP. Has anyone been in contact with them yet?
