180~ MS to Australian server all of a sudden?

Is there something specific i should be telling OnTheNet?
I'm still trying to get this looked at in detail.

I will PM you a link to the bi-directional MTR that shows the bad outgoing route. If you forward that to OnTheNet, they might be able to update their routes to fix it.

Thanks for confirming. Our host ended up changing one of their outgoing paths (finally).
