1. throw away your pride
2. shamelessly beg for free stuff
3. profit
There is a fat moderator who always jumps to conclusions (guess who).
It's really irritating but I can understand. He really needs the exercise.
He can lift his eyebrows a few times if he sees this too.

i stopped to take you serious after your 20 allresi ammy

your idea is based on luck mine is just putting hours in it thats why yours is bullshit and mine works

and brownnosing kripp doesnt make you look smart either

he is the one who told crafting sucks just save your orbs and buy the things you want

if you want godly gear get the item basics and do it yourself

noone sells crafted gear he worked month on so some lazy bum can just buy it

Edit: not worth responding to.

Some people can just remain poor.

Need people like this so the rich get richer.
The rest of the 'end-game' content will be available along with a heap of new stuff when the game launches in a few months time. From what I've seen it's going to be awesome. - Michael_GGG

People SAY this ALL the time, but it makes NO sense to me.

ONCE again it comes down to people getting REALLY lucky with their drops.

If I do a Jail + Merveil run, from both those COMBINED places being ran, guess how many Scrolls of Wisdom drop for me?

Maybe three. MAYBE.

How can you sit there and pick up everything that drops, ID it, and then sell it for mega Alt Orbs? It just doesn't ADD UP...

Currently sitting on 750+ wisdom scrolls. I pick up any high level magic item base that I'm currently looking for and ID it to see what starting mods are in hopes of regaling it, and eventually exalting it into awesome gear.

I also 3-name rare find, so I pick up and ID every rare item I get and save it. The 750+ scrolls is what I have left over.

Dude, you should sell me some :D

On topic: getting rich depends on what your lifestyle is on POE. You like end-game? Rich=lots of hi-level maps. You like trading? Rich=lots of currencies. Altaholic? Rich=Godly low-level gear

If you are a collector like me, I keep lots of uniques. I want them all on a shelf.

Heck, you might be richer than you think.
I need more purple titles
Multiboxing is the key to success!

You can easily aquire huge amounts of currency this way. It is obviously broken in a way if you compare it to solo play. But who cares, I enjoy multiboxing :d

other question why is it important to be rich in poe ? makes no sense to me

orbs are for crafting not to jerk off on them watching your stashpage this sint d3 with epeen profiles

have fun use them

btw getting rich in this game is no secret get a portal gem some rarity lots of quantity farm cruel sell everything for alt orbs 60 alts a h 1 gcp so you make 1 exalt in 5 h

if you keep this up for 2 weeks you are "rich" and i bet your IQ dropped to mashed potato standard

and plz dont sugegst this chaos farm shit thing its a pain to get those rings and ammys the alteration method is safe and mindnumbing

you sell armor scarfs portal scrolls transumtes wheatsones

you only id blue armor pieces which can give you alch shards you sell the rest unid

unid = trans shards
id alt shards

i think i have round 600 id scrolls + in my stash

just work the system

You say you "ID things that give you Alch shards and sell the rest unid." That literally makes no sense. How do you know it will have Alch shard properties without ID'ing it? And at that point, you have to ID everything and have nothing left to even sell unid.

This sounds like it requires a little bit of already-established richness, I mean... Regaling and Exalting? Sorry, if I pooled all my currency together I'd have like, 1x Exalt.
get as much education as possible - both in school and out, the ability to pay attention is underrated. Work as hard as you possibly can, so play less video games. You'll also need a little luck, but if you never take chances you'll never know what kind of luck you have. That's my best advice.

Happy hunting/fishing
I assume multi-boxxing.

That or they play 1 and only 1 character who no longer needs upgrades.

How is it I can say WTT 2 exalts for 60 fusings and suddenly get flooded by whispers?

2 exalts out of the only 3 I've ever found since leveling chars to 34, 46, 54, 65, and 72?

Fusings just don't stack up like that, you're constantly needing them for upgrades.

Well, I started out like most people - on January 23rd with absolutely nothing to my name.

You just have to work the crafting recipes, RNG, etc to your will. I only solo, as well, so any loot that I find I keep myself.
I personally don't get how people are that rich either.

I've played a good amount as well. I have 4 characters between 60 and 70 and a lot between 30 and 50.

I think if I added up all the currency I've found put together, I'd have about 3 exalts.

I've found 1 GCP and have sold 2 items for 1 GCP each. So in my stash I have a total of 3. Some guy was selling chain today and he wanted 4 gcp.

How is it that chain is worth currency found in 100s of hours of playing the game?

And I see people buying Kaom's for 50 exalts. I just don't understand where all that comes from?
