Red Elder not giving Memory Fragment

To anyone who experiences issues with this fight, please post an image of your Quest State and the arena after the fight with Map Overlay on (default key Tab).

" You are wrong. I have killed Elder at Phase 3 (he was still under restraints after Shaper left. And as you can see the items dropped at the center of the screen, where Elder was under restraints). That means Shaper survived. The bug is that Zana didn't appear despite Shaper survived. |

Can confirm that this bug is still out there...
Killed the Elder in Crimson Temple map (T13). Shaper has survived, but Zana did not spawn and the 15th fragment did not drop. Some details: Bug reference #: 35,600,526 1. All 4 guardians were killed in red maps and all dropped their respective fragments. 2. Elder was killed without deaths (without exiting the instance) in his third (bound) stage (shaper has survived), but no explosion was triggered in the end, nor did Zana spawn or did the fragment drop. 3.
