Continuous crashing

I’m having continuous crashing trying to enter lower prison. 7 times in a row now. Anyone else?

About around 15 crashes now. I have done a hard reset with no changes.

I'd suggest trying uninstalling and reinstalling. It sounds as if your local console files have gotten in a bad state, I had a similar issue on one of my consoles at the office this morning, re-installing resolved the issue.
