Its about a company who tries to make social scores mainstreamable. I think this will have an Impact and Tencent will even skyrocket more once things like that, is able to be exportet into other countries.

The biggest concern I have is, that "what is wrong and what is right".
They are the ones, diciding what is good and what is wrong and not your understanding of ethics and morals.

I am honestly trying to understand where the hate comes from. I certainly understand the emotions of concern or even disappointment, but the hate on this thread seems misplaced.

I am not sure if the issue is racism or anticorporatism but neither is actually correlative to the quality of the game.

GGG has continually proven they are working hard to make a better game based on the feedback of the community WHICH HAS BEEN THE REASON FOR THEIR SUCCESS. Do you think tencent would invest what is likely millions if not tens of millions of dollars to then change the equation that lead to the success of the product? Seems counter-intuitive and amateurish for the biggest name in gaming.

Idk what to say. tencent is shady af but ggg knows better. if its for the best, i m still gonna support this game . i still find this one of the best games i ever played and this decision won t change a thing. i see alot of people get mad right now, and i feel they forget what kind of work ggg had put into this game over the years.

In my oppinion is a great oportunity for tencent also. this game really has potential and had always raised to my expectations. I feel like poe can go to the top. Cant wait to see the next expansions.

It's hard to drum into peoples' heads that 80% of profit is not 80% of total income, otherwise Chris would need to go around his neighborhood with a begging bowl looking for donations.

Well, as a Supporter my feelings are hard to explain. First of all, I see the opportunity (everything good that anyone can imagine in capitalism world), second time I feel lil' sad, cuz I understand that my hundreds (some of us spend thousands $) of money change nothing for that giant (shark) so I will rethink about money supporting of this (like indie project) game.
Just to note - this is my favorite game for almost 3 years and I will not stop playing it till I see something goes wrong and I will play it next league for sure.

P.S.: Well, my hopes are still in Devs here, even with this (as I see fair for us, from creator of this game, news). A lot of mature people know what big money and great offers can make with almost all of the people, I'm just hope and trust to Creator that he knows much better than us, players/supporters, what to do with all of that.
As for me, without hesitation, this is the best game that I ever played for years, it's honest. And if GGG think that they will do and doing right things - I will support them in any case.
