Bestiary as a Core Game Mechanic

While Bestiary was an original concept, it just wasn't as interesting as the previous Leagues. It's a correct decision not to retain any of its elements.

While I applaud the idea of trying new things, Bestiary as a concept did not appeal to me and I did not play the league, nor the current race as a result.

Just started my POE career this league can say I'm not too disappointed that bestiary/pokemon is going, however love to see new content.This ARPG has set the standard for everyone else and is leagues ahead in its genre (excuse the pun). go ggg!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm going to miss Bestiary for the same reason I miss Harbinger: Both leagues gave players the control to reach the shaper and maintain red maps without trading.

My 2 cents on the issue: Nets and beast crafting suck. Nets are too clunky, and having to re-kill the beasts in order to craft the item was a pain, especially when you're re-rolling the same base.

However, I will be sad for the item and monster mods to be gone from the game. Perhaps let rare mobs spawn with Bestiary mods a little bit less frequently than they can spawn with Nemesis ones, and let items roll beastcrafted affixes if the source mob had a Bestiary mod?
