I was not able to play last few weeks, just connected to the game right nowx and it seems I have a low ping on all EU servers and I can't make the problem appear again.

Is it the same for you ?

I suspect it's because game is desert right now...

I don't expect any direct help from support by posting here, I'm just looking for feedbacks of other players encountering the same problem...

I choose the server, log in and see how my latency freez for x min and nothing happens.
