Huge lags in some instances

Hi, i have some issues with lag in random instances since 3.1, never had any problem before.
So when i create a new instance, map or w/e either i got my 16ms ping (which is normal) or my ping fluctuates from 100ms to 1500ms. The lags occurs in 1 on 2-3 new instance/map/...

I guess it's because the instance is created in an other EU gateway than my selected one (London)
I made some WinMTR to see what's going on. In london no problem, no packet loss or anything.
When i change to any other EU gateway, lot of packets loss.
No or minor loss in US servers to.

do you play in parties?

even if you don't, press tab ingame and lookup the current game server you're playing if you opened or joined a map.

if you play in parties, the player creating an instance defines on which gateway in the world the instance is created, you temporarily switch servers and get back to your home server if you return.

same happens if your home server is at full capacity, the load balancing system will redirect you to the nearest server instead of just kicking you.

Exact same thing has been happening to me for week, but I live in Brazil and play on the Brazilian server. My internet is working just fine and I can play other online games without any issues, but my ping on PoE keeps fluctuating between 33 and 1500+ ms.
