When would it get possible to use RF ? If anyone could help I'll appreciate. (And, no it's not a cheap starter build, but if I ever manage to use RF it may become really funny.) " Your liferegen% was nerfed, nothing else changes. I would probably switch off from RotF, increase liferegen% via jewels and use ES shield with reduced DoT damage taken mod. | |

" For some reasons i Can't see your character so i can say much. At lvl 77 you should be able to sustain easily RF if you have high lvl Purity of Fire. Yes it's not cheapest build around when playing new league, but it's not most expensive one either. You just need Shav + Eye amulet. Other items are piss cheap.
