I am trying to save a little money getting high end jewels. Can I get (X% damage while duel wielding or X% increased attack speed while duel wielding) instead of the more general affixes for all weapons?

Almost all high level gladi took attack speed over phys dmg nodes at the start, why did this build chose to go with thedmg nodes?
