For now? Price fixing because it means a noob like myself has to spend several minutes per rare drop to figure out what the darn things are actually worth. That will fix itself in time once I learn more, but man some days I just vendor everything to not deal with it lol.

What rustles my jimmies the most in 3.0 is the playerbase. Generally a bunch of whiny, entitled children. There are some legit complaints, sure. But I've almost boycotted the forums over many of the childish shit that goes on here now (Not talking about anyone in particular in this thread, as I don't have the time or energy to read every single page here).
Combat is simple.

There's not much that make my rustles jimmied in-game these days.

Still pissed that I missed all of the story as a standard player. Had three characters that had beaten Merc Malachai so I never saw any of the story, the areas before they changed, the bosses, none of that shit.
Finally on my 4th std character who had only done Normal Malachai, I'm actually getting to enjoy the story now. After like 7 requisite hours regrinding all my existing characters. Nice work GGG. You guys are real fucking professionals. "We're pilgrims in an unholy land."
