Hmmm, sounds good to me. Hypothermia will now finally dee some use.
The problem with removing spell damage boni from frenzy charges was that it felt like you were contradicting yourself: on the one hand you were about to release a unique centered around traps to allow easier frenzy charge generation, on the other hand you were about to remove the one and only aspect of them that benefits most trap builds.

PS: Do the shock/chill changes mean that we'll see a maligaro's restraint and/or malachai's loop buff?

I'm a big fan of the changes to Chill and Shock! It goes some way to making pure lightning skills make use of the ailment instead of never being able to apply the damn ailment for long enough! I've played a lot of Arc/Spark and Storm call and this is a buff!
Real shame you backed off on charges, it was a good change.
