[2.6] First Snow Freezing Pulse Inquisitor

I switched from a dual FB totem and I don't regret. Very nice build and fun to play IMO.
Currently playing with 8k ES and 88k tooltip without charges/flasks :

For mana issues while maping, I use Arc to apply Warlord Mark, I think it's safer. I swith to Orb of Storms for some bosses.
