Got one lvl 93 one lvl 90 and one lvl 70 and droped my self 10 keys bought 3 and every single loot i got from that chest was pure garbage shit then my clan mates who got first time key drops legacy bringer of rain and vinktars and reach of the council and eternal orbs and item quantity gems

Found one in a1 merciless (lvl 65) just before Merveil

I am happy that I at least had the expierience to find one.This shit is rare.Found 2 exalts before finding one key Bye bye desync!
