Constant Disconnect

Hey guys, using pingzapper now and its working. Thanks Myhoax for the tip.

pingzapper free trial will only work 7 days.what if its really banned and etisalat doesnt fix it .Do the Du users have same problem?.

Using Etisalat here from Umm al-quwain, same issue, hope this gets fixed soon.

after trying time and time again with etisalat phone service i finally managed to talk to some sensible person that doesnt tell me i should restart my router, and he said that they will try to contact GGG i hope GGG is willing to fix it with them lets all pray and wait, oh and he also said if you guys call etisalat too they will do it quicker .

I still can't log into the game. I'm using Etisalat, and for some reason still I am unable to play with steady ping. I try heading to Battlegrounds, and then I just DC and lag after taking a few steps and BAM, back to log in screen.


Funny enough, this only happened on Etisalat, DU has no problems as an ISP, it's just that one for some reason. Can GGG please try and address this? See if there is any problem with Etisalat or on their end? Kinda frustrating being unable to play from here.

I am also living in Abu Dhabi in the UAE at the moment. Been having really bad disconnect problems since patch just like the OP. Good to know it is just not just me.

It's fucking Etisalat. Money hungry and no service. I called their IT and they were absolutely no help (and also I can't understand them).

This is absolutely so frustrating.

I called them (Etisalat) out and showed them the issue with ping traces (Pingplotter). They thought there was a problem with the Main Fiber router and to their credit they did change it. Although only after I told them to uninstall it all and switch it off as it is pointless with such a shit service. They also re-spliced the connection at the junction box at the end of the road. It has not fixed the issue. Terrible experience on a couple of games now (WoT) but some others seem unaffected, like Diablo 3.

I'm resigned to the fact that this won't get fixed any time soon. As others have posted the Telecoms market in UAE is crap, 2 players, 1 owner and neither gives a crap about its customers. All they care about is profit.

This is unfair, I bought a legacy pack and looked forward to this league. Is there nothing that GGG can perhaps do on their end if the fault is not entirely Etisalat's? Any update on this kind of issue would be appreciated.

to be quite blunt you buying anything from GGG has nothing to do with your current situation so bringing it up is not worth anything here.

however, GGG 'may' be able to talk to them and get them to fix things if there is a large enough customer demand for it.
